Return and refund policy
At Uptown Jewellers, we understand that purchasing a luxury watch is a significant investment. We believe every client should have the opportunity to see their timepiece in person and try it on before making a final decision. Your complete satisfaction is our priority.
14-Day Returns Policy
All purchases made online, by telephone, email, or any other distance-selling method are covered by our 14-day returns policy. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the watch within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To qualify for a refund, the watch must be returned in the exact condition in which it was sold, including all original packaging, accessories, documentation, tags, protective stickers, and any accompanying items.
Return Costs
Unless the item is found to be faulty or not as described, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs.
- Appropriate insurance cover during transit.
- Payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase:
- 2% of the purchase price for UK orders.
- 5% of the purchase price for international orders.
These charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Condition of Returned Items
Returns will only be accepted where the watch remains unworn and unaltered from the condition in which it was supplied. Any protective stickers, seals, tags, or manufacturer-applied coverings must remain intact and must not have been removed.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction where the watch shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or has been returned without its original accessories or documentation.
Faulty Watches
In the unlikely event that a watch develops or arrives with a mechanical fault, Uptown Jewellers must first be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect, repair, replace, or rectify the issue before a refund is considered.
This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

All watches sold by Uptown Jewellers are carefully packaged, securely protected, and fully insured whilst in transit. We take every precaution necessary to ensure your timepiece arrives safely and in the condition expected of a luxury purchase.
